Excited for the big games but worried about transport? We’ve got you covered! Northland Rugby has teamed up with TranzNorth and CityLink to offer FREE bus rides to our double header home games this season. That’s right – no fares, no hassle, just pure rugby excitement!

How It Works:
Free rides to Double Headers on CityLink buses: Hop on any of our specially arranged CityLink buses – your game day journey is on us! The offer is NRU game ticket holders can get free transport to Rose Street by showing their rugby ticket to the bus driver. Follow the TANIWHA FOOTPRINTS for a short walk to the double header games at Semenoff Stadium. After the game, there’s a late bus schedule to catch a free bus home from Rose Street by showing your ticket. This offer is available for double headers on 17th August and 21st September.

​​​​​​​But wait, there’s more! CityLink will be running a late service on the two Saturday match days, so you can get home safe from the game. Check out the timetable below. Please note these extra late trips will not appear on the live bus tracker.​​​​​​​

Bringing the North to the rugby on 21st September: Whether you're in Kaitaia, Ōhaewai, Dargaville, or Wellsford, we’ve got a bus coming your way. Northland Rugby will have buses stationed at Kaitaia Rugby Club, Ōhaewai Rugby Club, Dargaville Rugby Club and Wellsford Rugby Club ready to take you to the 21st September double header. You will need to complete the booking form below to secure your spot on the bus.
