Northland Women's Rugby Development Day

NRU will be holding a Women's Rugby Development Day which is open to anyone Year 9 and over. If you are someone that wants to play rugby or currently plays and want to up skill then this is for you!

This is the first of a series of skill days that will be held though throughout July, August and September to prepare players for 7’s and XV’s opportunities later in the year.

The day will include:

* Fitness Programmes
* Skill development
* Activities with rugby

We are looking for players to prepare for:

* Northland Women’s 7s – U15 to U19 & Seniors
* Northland Women’s XVs teams – U18 & Seniors including Maori Women’s U19 XVs
* Northland Club 7s Series
