NORTHLAND RUGBY WHANGAREI DEVELOPMENT GROUP


The Northland Rugby Whangārei Development Group is into week 6 of their sessions which have been based off field.

The group has done conditioning games up at OBM Week 1, Week 2 was up at Pathai Thaiboxing where the group got to practice some Muay Thai Boxing.

Week 3-5 were run at the Northland Rugby Gym where the Head of Strength and Conditioning for Bunnings Warehouse NPC-Jeremy Giles introduced the group to weights focusing on upper and lower body.

Yesterday’s session was held at Kensington Fitness where Cathy took the group through a Body Balance Les Mills class.
