You’ll lead coach education and accreditation, support high-performance programmes, identify and nurture emerging coaching talent, and work hands-on with schools, clubs, volunteers and performance staff to grow the game across the region.

If you’re passionate about developing coaches, supporting schools, and growing the game across Northland, we’d love to hear from you.
Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and motivation for the role to josh.hyde@northlandrugby.co.nz
